The Preschool Scholarship Program is funded through private grants and EITC funding. It is need based verified by household income using the most recent IRS Tax Return. Applications are reviewed by the Scholarship Committee and awards are disbursed monthly against the cost of tuition. Children must be at least two years and seven months old to attend The Arc's Preschool.
